OnShift Applause Awards

Eligibility: 

OnShift Applause Award Categories:

  • Innovator Award
    • Eligibility requirements: Community leader (i.e. Administrator, Executive Director) at an OnShift client.
  • Impact Award
    • Eligibility requirements: Human Resource professional at an OnShift client at the community, regional and/or corporate level.
  • Scheduler of the Year
    • Eligibility requirements: Staff scheduler at a community that is an OnShift client. Nominees can include anyone who is responsible for staff scheduling.
  • Best in Care
    • Eligibility requirements: Frontline caregivers and care staff including roles like: CNA, STNA, Nurse, Nurse Aide, Care Associate, Wellness Aide and Care Partner. Open to all caregivers in any long-term post-acute care, senior living or other non-acute care setting. The nominee’s organization does not need to be an OnShift client. In addition, this award will include a voting period open to the public.

For all awards, nominations will be accepted from organizations and self-nominations from individuals who work for organizations that identify as long-term post-acute care and senior living, as well as non-acute care settings including but not limited to: ambulance services, EMS, assisted living, continuing care community, behavioral health, independent living, skilled nursing, group homes, home health, hospice, intermediate care facility, LTACH, memory care, and rehab/therapy. All nominees must be U.S. residents.

Publicity Consent:

By entering a nomination, nominators and nominees provide their consent to OnShift, Inc. and to those whom it may authorize, to identify them by name, to quote or record statements made by them and to use a photographic/digital image of them for any editorial, promotional, advertising or other purpose by OnShift, Inc.

Finalist and Winner Selection:

The Impact Award, Innovator Award, and Scheduler of the Year winners will be selected by a panel of judges selected by OnShift.

The finalists for the Best in Care award will be selected by a panel of judges selected by OnShift. Six Best in Care finalists will be presented on an OnShift web page which will include photos and short bios for each. The web page will include a link for members of the public to vote for one of the Best in Care finalists. After the voting period, the Best in Care finalist with the highest public vote totals will be selected as the OnShift Best in Care winner. One vote per person, per device is allowed beginning September 3, 2025 and continuing until September 17, 2025 at 11:59pm ET.

Prizes:

All winners will receive a trophy, provided by OnShift.
